After I made my list I hung this list up on my shower mirror and also on my bedroom door. I wanted everyday to see my motivation for changing my behavior this helped a lot since quitting smoking is a decision one has to establish everyday. Before you stop smoking you have to suspect there will be times when you will error but in the times past that I backslid, I just accepted failure and started smoking full steam ahead.
