Anxiety Attacks, There Is More To Know. The Curse That Robs So Many Of A Happy And Perfect Life.
Anxiety Attacks can take control of our lives, They need not; Its just a question of know what to do.
If you're experiencing some of the above, then you may well be suffering with anxiety attacks.
For those of us that suffer with anxiety attacks, we all know what it feels like. We get butterflies in our belly. We have hot and cold sweats. We worry and fret over every little thing and anything. Our heart pounds. Our throats go dry plus we have difficulty swallowing, just to name some.
We may have many symptoms in common, we also may have symptoms that differ significantly. This is why it is important to focus on us rather than some definition.
Because of this anxiety attack is so difficult to diagnose. It's not like having a cold or other illness, where the indications are standard and easy to make out and identify.
Anxiety attacks may happen out of the blue. I have spoken with many folks who have said 'my life is good; I don't understand the reasons why I am all of a sudden suffering with anxiety attacks';. This is the character of amxiety. There isn't a specific format for anxiety attacks. They could transpire to individuals whose life are going really well, as well, as those whose lives are not going so nicely.
With my personal experience of living with anxiety attacks, I am aware of the fact that the more you think about the anxiety the deeper ingrained the symptoms become. The more powerful the signs and symptoms, the stronger the anxiety attacks become. So you're in the realms of a vicious circle. This is when it becomes incredibly tough to get over these anxiety attacks.
Understanding what anxiety attacks are could help you to have greater control. It's normal to worry and feel tense or anxious when under stress or facing a disturbing situation. Anxiety is the body's normal response to threat, an automatic alarm that goes off if we feel threatened.
It isn't till you actually become conscious of the fact that your thoughts have created your anxiety, so it stands to reason that in case you have created the anxiety attack then certainly you could UN-create the anxiety attacks. This part is absolutely difficult for individuals to comprehend. And I know specifically how they think! Once I was told this, I rejected it. Why would I want to do this to myself? It doesn't make sense.
But at the end of the day irrespective of how much I tried to pay no attention to that truth, it was correct, my thoughts were the root of my anxiety. I experimented with it. The more I targeted my energy on the anxiety the more powerful my anxiety attack became. So with the aid of a shrink, I was able to work on my thoughts and beat my anxiety.
I am not anxiety free, however I could avoid my anxiety before it becomes a full blown anxiety attack.
Another thing to remember, is that anxiety could also be unpleasant, however it isn't always an unpleasant thing. In fact, anxiety may also help us stay alert and focused, spur us to motion, and provoke us to resolve problems. Although when anxiety is constant or intense, when it interferes with our relationships and activities-that's when you've crossed the line from typical anxiety into the territory of anxiety disorders.
